The Neural Bridge Protocol

How It Works

We spent years running premium brick-and-mortar centers. We took the protocols that worked and rebuilt them for the place your child actually lives.

Your Roadmap — Before Anything Else

A full developmental workup in week zero: history, a guided movement and reflex screen you film at home, sensory profile, sleep and behavior logs, and input from your child's teacher. You get back a one-page picture of your child across five foundational domains — and the sixteen-week plan built from it. For most parents, it's the first time anyone has shown them what, specifically, is going on.

Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching

Forty-five minutes every week with your Neural Bridge coach. They review your child's week before the call, adjust the protocol, and teach you the next skill — how to run the movement, how to hold a boundary without escalating, how to set up the homework hour so it stops ending in tears.

Weekly Video Review

Once a week you film two minutes of your child doing that week's movement. Your coach watches it and sends back specific notes on form and quality. This is the piece virtual programs skip — and it's the difference between doing an exercise and doing it right.

The Daily App

Twenty minutes a day, six days a week: a sensorimotor block, a cognitive block, a 60-second parent log, and a reward economy that keeps your child in the game. Because you log daily, your coach isn't guessing — the plan adapts every week, not every three months.

A Written Exit Plan — and the App Stays

Most programs end at a cliff. Week 16 ends with a full re-screen, an updated roadmap showing what moved, and a twelve-month maintenance plan in writing. And because your child has spent four months building a daily habit in the NeuralKids app, the plan is built around it: graduates can keep the app — the games, the chores and rewards economy, the progress tracking — for $29/month, cancel anytime. Four months builds the skill. The app keeps the reps going.

Inside the daily 20 minutes

Your Child Sees Games.
You See Data.

The cognitive block runs inside our NeuralKids app — short, adaptive games that each target a specific skill, at your child's level.

Pattern Recall game showing a grid pattern to memorize

Pattern Recall — working memory and sequencing. Hold the pattern, reproduce it, level up.

Match Shape game showing a rule-switching matching task

Rule Switch — cognitive flexibility and impulse control. The rule changes mid-game; acting on the old rule costs you.

Visual search game showing a timed find-all grid

Visual Search — scanning speed and sustained attention against the clock.

Parent dashboard showing an action plan with ranked game recommendations

Your side of the app

While your child plays, the parent dashboard ranks what matters most right now — which games to prioritize and why, based on performance trends and your daily log. It's how your coach walks into every weekly call already knowing your child's week.

The built-in chores & rewards center puts the reward economy in your hands: assign chores, set coin values, and stock the shop with rewards your child actually wants. Compliance practice, disguised as a game.

The arc

What the Four Months Look Like

Weeks 1–4

Stabilize

We start with sleep, arousal, and routine — not drills. A dysregulated nervous system can't build anything. Most families notice mornings and bedtimes shift first.

Weeks 5–8

Build the Foundation

Full protocol at load: reflex integration, vestibular and bilateral work, timing, eye control. We also bring school into it — what to ask for, and how to read a 504 or IEP without a translator.

Weeks 9–12

Integrate

Out of the drill and into the day. As the foundation automates, bandwidth frees up — so now we spend it: homework routines, transitions, chores, frustration tolerance, siblings.

Weeks 13–16

Transfer

We fade your prompting on purpose. Your child builds their own reset toolkit and starts running it without you standing there. That's the whole point.

What This Actually Asks of You

45 min

one coaching call a week, plus one two-minute video upload. That's the whole time footprint.

of driving. A center program means three afternoons a week in the car. You'll never leave the house.
