Is this like Brain Balance?

We come from that world — we ran center-based programs for years, and families who've done one will recognize the structure: a developmental assessment, daily sensorimotor and cognitive work, and a defined program arc. The differences are deliberate: we deliver it virtually, we train you rather than seeing your child a few hours a week, a coach reviews video of your child's movement every week, and you leave with a written 12-month plan instead of a graduation cliff.

Do you diagnose ADHD, autism, or learning disorders?

No. We're developmental coaches, not clinicians. We don't diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition. We assess functional skills — movement quality, regulation, attention stamina, follow-through — and build a plan around them. If your intake shows something that belongs in front of a pediatrician, OT, speech therapist, or psychologist, we'll tell you before you pay us anything.

My child won't cooperate with anything. How is this different?

This is the most common fear, and it's exactly why the first month is about stabilizing — sleep, routine, and teaching you how to run the sessions without them becoming a battle. The daily blocks are short by design, the app has a built-in reward economy, and your weekly call exists precisely for "this isn't working, now what?" moments. Getting a reluctant kid moving is a skill, and it's one of the first ones we teach you.

What if we miss days?

Life happens, and one missed day doesn't break anything. But we're honest about this: the daily reps are the program. If adherence drops for more than a week, your coach's job is to find the barrier and fix it — shorter sessions, different time of day, adjusting the plan — not to guilt you. What we won't do is pretend the program works without the work.

Will this work over Zoom? My child can barely sit for a video call.

Your child is almost never on a video call. The weekly call is with you — your child does their work in short daily blocks with you, in person, at home. The only "screen time" your child has with us is the app's daily cognitive block, which is built for their attention span, not ours.

How old does my child need to be?

The program is designed for children ages 4–18. If your child is outside that range, take the screener anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit or point you somewhere better.

What does it cost?

$895/month for four months — $3,580 total. That includes the full workup and roadmap, weekly 1-on-1 coaching, weekly video review, the daily app, and your written 12-month maintenance plan. Center-based programs typically run $10,000+ plus three afternoons a week of driving. Details on the Program & Pricing page.

What happens when the four months end?

Week 16 is a full re-screen: an updated roadmap showing what moved, and a written 12-month maintenance plan — what to keep doing, what to watch for, and when to push again. The plan is built around the daily habit your child already has: graduates can keep the NeuralKids app — games, chores and rewards, progress tracking — for $29/month. It's optional and month-to-month: nothing renews automatically at graduation, you choose it, and you can cancel anytime. The coaching program itself never auto-renews.

Can both parents join the calls? What about grandparents or a nanny?

Yes, and we encourage it. Whoever runs daily sessions with your child should be on the call. Consistency between adults is one of the biggest levers in the whole program.
